Discontinuation of Bioinks and Consumables

Dear valued customer,

This letter serves as communication on the discontinuation of a range of SKUs tied to our biomaterial and consumable portfolio.

CELLINK continuously strives to offer complete, easy-to-use bioprinting solutions of high quality and with attractive price points. As a result, we have chosen to discontinue a selection of our biomaterials and consumables to better serve the community. We value our customers and understand that some of these materials are vital to your research, and have therefore to the best of our ability recommended other sources or otherwise equivalent replacements for these products. Please note that for several discontinued SKUs, the suggested replacement product is exactly the same biomaterial product, but with a different volume/packaging.

Lumen X and Lumen X+ Discontinuation

Dear valued customer,

This letter serves as communication on the status of the Lumen X Generation 1 (D16110030119) and Lumen X+ Generation 1 (D16110023605) systems. Given the turbulent supply chain environment and a rapidly growing shortage of key components, CELLINK will no longer be offering brand new versions of these two systems. Customers will still be able to purchase refurbished units, while supplies last.

CELLINK remains committed to enabling our customers success and thus will continue to support all existing Lumen X/X+ customers as per our terms of sale or up to a maximum of 5 years after purchase. In addition, we would like to inform customers of the following important dates:

· Instrument spare parts will be available until 1st May 2027

· No additional software updates will be provided for either system. Latest versions are as follow:

o Lumen X Generation 1: Lightfield V 1.0.9.4

o Lumen X+ Generation 1: Lightfield V 3.1.0

We continue to strive to provide our customers with the most cutting-edge instruments that can accelerate discoveries and provide our users greater insights. For users looking to work with high resolution light-based 3D bioprinting systems, we encourage the evaluation of our new BIONOVA X platform, which has improved printing resolution and enables direct in well-printing.
