Description
GelMA FIBRIN is a GelMA‑based bioink supplemented with fibrinogen to support enzymatic crosslinking. After reacting with thrombin, it forms in situ fibrin alongside the GelMA network, creating a physiological matrix that promotes endothelial cell spreading and fibroblast proliferation to mimic native tissue‑vascularization processes. The bioink crosslinks through both photocuring and thrombin–fibrinogen interaction, ensuring stable and supportive 3D constructs.
