We have various ticket options available for each attendee, allowing you to get the most out of your participation. The online registration system will take you step-by-step through the registration process.

Conference ticket includes:

  • Entry to all meetings sessions including poster presentations (excl. workshops)
  • Welcome reception on Wednesday, 25th October​
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Networking dinner on Thursday, 26th October at the Eden Restaurant

Registration for the conference does not have a specific deadline. However, please note that registration fees vary depending on the registration period. Early registration offers discounted rates, so it is advisable to register as soon as possible to take advantage of these savings.

Registration categories and rates.

Visa Support Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.
Visa Support Letters can only be issued for the person accepted to attend the conference. Unfortunately we cannot issue Visa Support Letters for guests of participants.

Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format. Please contact and to arrange for a Visa Support Letter.

You must include:
Your name as appears on your passport
Your Date of Birth
Your Passport Number
Passport Date of Issue
Passport Date of Expiry
And, if you are an author of an accepted paper or poster, please provide the title.

Note: Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from the conference will not guarantee that your U.K. visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant’s intended purpose of travel to United Kingdom.

We have a range of networking opportunities and social activities planned to facilitate connections among attendees.

Join us for a warm Welcome Reception on October 25, where you can meet and engage with fellow participants. Additionally, we will be hosting a Networking Dinner in the heart of Portsmouth on October 26.

Throughout the conference, there will also be multiple breaks designed to encourage networking and allow you to connect with peers in a more informal setting.

We welcome abstract submissions from all attendees who wish to present their research at the conference. Whether you are a student, researcher, or industry professional, we encourage you to submit an abstract for consideration. We believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive platform for sharing knowledge and discoveries.
