Call for Abstracts
Present your research
We welcome abstract submissions from all attendees who wish to present their research at the conference. Whether you are a student, researcher, or industry professional, we encourage you to submit an abstract for consideration. We believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive platform for sharing knowledge and discoveries.

Abstract format & submission

To be considered, an abstract should use the Conference Abstract Template. Download the template.
Present your research::
- Oral presentation in the “Bioprinting Ignited: Celebrating Rising Pioneers” sessions. Only 5 spots available.
Selected presenters will have an opportunity to give short oral presentations (15 minutes) in the main conference programme.
- Poster: dedicated poster presentation times during the conference.
Abstract selection
The presenting author will receive an email with the result of the review no later than the 25th of June 2024. Depending on the selection of presentation format by the committee, further instructions on how to prepare posters, or presentation at the conference will be provided.
If a selected author cannot present, the presenting author should assign a replacement presenter to present the abstract.
Kindly be aware that for an abstract to be included in the conference programme and published in the Conference Abstract Publications as an oral or poster presentation, at least one of the authors must be a registered participant, and the full payment must be received by June 30 2024.

A dedicated Scientific Committee will make the selection of abstracts for oral and poster presentations and the presenting author will receive an email with the committee’s decision no later than 25th of June.
