Human CD4+/CD45RA+ Naive T Cells

Learn more

Leukapheresed Naïve CD4+ T cells are negatively selected using a two step isolation process. CD4+ T Cells are first negatively selected from mononucleated cells using an indirect immunomagnetic CD4+ labeling system. CD45RO microbeads are then used to deplete the CD45RO+ population, leaving a highly enriched CD4+ CD45RA+ Naïve T Cell population.
